Refunds

At Kappa Kingdom, we strive to deliver only defect-free products.
Refunds are available only if your order has a fulfilment issue, like an incorrect or missing item. If you receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll send a replacement of the same item. Please contact us here.
If the product is unavailable, we’ll issue a refund or credit note for the amount paid within 7–10 business days.

Cancellations

Cancellations are accepted only if requested before dispatch.
You can check your order status anytime through your Kappa Kingdom account or by contacting our customer support team here.

Return Conditions

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged unless received in a damaged or defective condition:

  • Souvenirs – Fridge Magnets, Coasters, Bobbleheads

  • Bags

  • Badges

Any defective or damaged item must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing here with order details and product photos.

T-Shirt Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Kappa Kingdom tee!
Please review our size chart carefully before making a purchase.

Returns & Exchange Guidelines:
  • Accepted within 7 days of delivery

  • Product must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags intact.

  • Once approved, a reverse pickup will be arranged.

  • If reverse pickup isn’t available, you can self-ship the item within 7 days.
    Please email here with order details, and we will share the shipping address with you.

For Exchanges:

Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after receiving the product in unused, original condition.
To request a return or exchange, email here within 7 days of delivery with your order number and product photo.
